Summary

This three-in-one manuscript is packed with all you need to get up to speed with narcissism.

Audiobook one, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, serves as a general introduction to NPD, including a case study of a day in the life of a narcissist and a day in the life with a narcissist.

Audiobook two, Narcissistic Abuse and Recovery, will help you identify you identify NPD in somebody else, identify if your relationship is abusive, and know the ways to get out of said relationship. It also will set you up with everything you need resourcewise so you feel ready to tackle the massive step of gaining independence from somebody who is abusive, as well as developing coping mechanisms to help ease tension and weight on you if you aren't quite able to leave yet.

Audiobook three, Narcissistic Parenting, will help you determine if you were the victim of narcissistic parenting and explain how you can take steps to heal from previous trauma.

I hope you enjoy this bundle and that it helps you get started on your path to understanding, and ultimately, healing.

works best

This book does a really good job explaining the traits of a narcissistic man and how to deal with it. Even though it's a short book, the author does a really good job explaining the subject in a way that is easy to comprehend. Thank you for sharing!

super book

However, I really didn’t have any understanding of narcissism. All I knew is that I just wanted this person to love me back and she wouldn’t. Over time my confidence was shot, I became socially inept, and my feelings of self-worth were almost completely depleted.

Amazing book

I've read a lot of books about Narcissism, this book goes much deeper into the how and why and covers new ground. An excellent book for someone who is seeking healing from narcissist relationships (partners and parents and employers) who has already read a lot of the literature and is looking for deeper information instead of a lot of personal stories.

highly recommended!

I like the book, everyone raves about it for good reason. I found the narrator really annoying but pushed through it - very useful and highly recommended.

Good basic information

I thought this book provided a great deal of general information on Narcissism. However, it was lacking on the different types of narcissism such as the covert narcissist and the cerebral narcissist. Though these sub types are not listed in the DSM, I think they’re worth mentioning and have been identified by many experts on narcissism.

Information book

I loved that it gave examples of the clients who had the courage to address their narcissism, and that he provided the resources on both working with people and with yourself.

highly recommaend

We all have our faults and I have learned from this book to not make excuses for that person but to know that they are most likely not aware they have these tendencies.
