great for sleep

I like this a lot for getting to sleep. I just put it on, low volume, and let it play until I'm asleep. Wake up 7-8 hours later and feel great.

Repetitive

All the chapters were the same! The only thing different was different kinds of water/wave sounds. It is repetitive. Every chapter is word for word the same. I bought it because I thought it would be a different one I could listen to everynight NO! If your in to just hearing different patterns of beach waves and water you may like it. The narrator is great! Material is not

Sleep Well

I slept well while listening to this program. It's long enough not to wake up by stopping abruptly, but a really low volume can help with the switching of chapters if that is distracting. Overall, really good.

Finally found sleep

This book really works. Take it from a sceptic, now converted. I've fought insomnia for years and decided that I had nothing to lose but a couple of bucks. I'd pay double for it if I had to.
