Worked for me

great for sleep

I like this a lot for getting to sleep. I just put it on, low volume, and let it play until I'm asleep. Wake up 7-8 hours later and feel great.

Finally found sleep

This book really works. Take it from a sceptic, now converted. I've fought insomnia for years and decided that I had nothing to lose but a couple of bucks. I'd pay double for it if I had to.

Buyer Beware! No returns...save your credit.

I should have read reviews more carefully. The same voice and text is repeated; it is not 7-8 hours of guided meditations. In addition the narration repeats the same boring breathing instructions telling you how many seconds to inhale, hold, and exhale a bazillion times for way too long. Tried to return and got some strange message about the seller not allowing returns...no wonder! They knew it was a rip off. Save your credit and don't be deceived...it's the same boring repetitive message for way too many hours! Ugh!

Repetitive

All the chapters were the same! The only thing different was different kinds of water/wave sounds. It is repetitive. Every chapter is word for word the same. I bought it because I thought it would be a different one I could listen to everynight NO! If your in to just hearing different patterns of beach waves and water you may like it. The narrator is great! Material is not

It lasts 8 hours

I love the fact that this book lasts 8 hours. I don't wake up the minute the "sleep" book is over and need to turn it back on. This book lasts the entire nigth, so when I wake up during the night, I can immediately go back to sleep because it is still playing. I wish I could get my other "sleep" books to be on endless loop.
