New information

As well as a full analysis, focusing on the right economic indicators, to avoid misconceptions about its current state. The author's approach to the methodology and strategy of designing his initial steps in business, directly related to the maximization of the client's value and minimizing possible unforeseen losses, has been influenced.

A brief guide

The Six Sigma and Lean strategies themselves would need to be learned in a manner beyond the capabilities of an audiobook, however.

Well put together and well narrated. Short enough to be able to listen to twice.

Informative

Enjoy the audio version of this book. didn't receive however the pdf automatically and had to email for support. expected more information on the negativity of this topic within industries. the criticism of these concepts could have been covered more in depth. but generally very impressed with its content.

Excellent! One of the best audiobooks

Excellent! I think this book does a great job of exploring how Lean can work in small, medium, and large businesses. It also does a good job at showing what managers did to implement Lean practices, and the results of the implementation. The businesses used as point of reference in the book are manufacturing entities.

Love this book.

This is an excellent handbook for those looking to learn more about the lean manufacturing method. The content is clear, concise, and supplemented with instructive graphics. Even though the title says 'simplified' all of the points are covered and even though this book is an introduction it is pretty comprehensive. 5 stars.

Great inspiration and a lot to think about

Lean start-up thinking applied to Enterprise IT. An essential read for anyone interested in Digital Transformation and why culture re-engineering matters as much as technology deployment. Harry Altman makes a convincing case how IT becomes an integral part of the value chain rather than a cost center. If not IT-driven any organisation will lose its ability adapt to accelerating change, and hence lose its competitiveness. Highly recommended.
