Listened to this several times and I shall listen to it again. It is packed with so much interesting and useful information.

Fascinating

This regime relies heavily on exercise. If I could do any high intensity exercise I would not have gained weight. The diet part of the book is nothing new to me. I was hoping for a more realistic and helpful regime and long term strategies not just a series of facts. We know too much fat and sugar is bad. Not helpful.

Not for anyone with a disability or mobility issues
