Excellent advise for customer relations

One of the Best!!

This audio book is one of the best! A ton of great information for customer service that I use in my job. I also recommend buying the book, it includes additional tips. They are both very easy to understand, and EXTREMELY usefull!

more appropriate for today than it's original authored date!!! must read for anyone who dares to care!
