Just a list

I was looking forward to listening to this after reading the reviews and seeing is it's only 3 and a half hours (much shorter than books I usually listen to). However, the narration is very uninspiring and dull and it just feels like a list of benefits from a blog post.

I really enjoyed reading this book.

I really enjoyed reading this book and sharing the easy to follow information with my husband. I am not done reading the book yet but I have already started to implement the advice. Not a very large book but very good information to follow and implement.

This book answered almost all my questions.

This book answered almost all my questions about attaining self-discipline by offering a very pragmatic approach. The author pops the conventional cliche about how motivation alone cannot sustain you for very long. It was also very interesting to see how different ideologies are tied to self-discipline. Overall, a very informative read with a purely rational approach.

I read a chapter each morning. I find that best. That way you chew and digest one concept and have the time and space for it to soak in rather than trying to wolf it all down at once and overwhelm yourself. Have already improved drastically from knowledge applied.

Sooo many jewels!!!!

Great habits for self development .. I will either listen again and take notes or maybe just buy the Kindle version and take notes that way.. Narration was also better that some other books.. hope this review helps someone decide to buy this title
