Summary
Gentle Daily Yoga contains 5 X 15 minute easy to follow audio yoga classes. These classes are suitable for the absolute beginner and for those who have had a long break from exercise. Each of the 5 classes is easy to follow and includes basic floor based practices.
Postures are performed whilst laying or seated so that the floor provides support making it possible for you to develop and build on these basic practices without the risk or physical strain or injury. The class has been devised and narrated by leading yoga teacher and writer Sue Fuller.
Sue is the co-founder of Yoga 2 Hear which has been creating classes and trading since 2005. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine and a course author for the British School of Yoga. A free PDF guide booklet accompanies Gentle Daily Yoga.

Surprisingly good workout in an understated format
This is my first approach to yoga in a purely audio format. I would recommend complete beginners also try to find a physical class in addition as learning the poses really helps when you have a teacher. Having said that, this is so good anyone can get the benefit, in small daily doses. It releases you from straining your neck to see the pose, and allows you to focus on the practice. Whilst I have had the experience of weekly classes in a studio, this really allows me to focus on the internal work because Sue allows you time to complete each section, clearly describes what to do next without having to 'run' to catch up, and because there isn't a lot of words allows you to concentrate on each move in a totally relaxed and unhurried manner. You also get a free pdf of the moves and the positions with clear pictures. Highly recommended and I've just bought the Yoga Vinyasas for full workouts. No annoying music tracks just gentle background accompaniment. I'm a fan now.
