Pretty much all my life my confidence levels have been up and down but finally they seem to be starting to settle on an even keel. Dealt with some stuff this week I would never have been able to cope with before.

Two very solid books dealing with all areas of self esteem, social anxiety, confidence, shyness, charisma, assertiveness and general social skills. I feel calmer and more in control lately.

Confidence or a lack of is horrible, I have been there. I can sympathasize. Thankful that books like this exist. Genuinely feeling a lot better - not perfect but BETTER. Good combination of books, they feed off each other very well.
