A calmer, less stressed person!

Stress, worry, panic etc have laughed me for much of my life. I am not going to talk nonsense and say that everything is 100% cured overnight after one book but I can say, that after trying propably 50 of these books, this is the FIRST one that has made sense to me and has worked. It is well laid out, easy to follow and the advice, for me anyway, is working and i feel calmer and happier every single day.

Very pleased with this book

An excellent listen, greta narrator and fabulous content. Really made me think in a very different way, for the first time and the results, two weeks in, have been very good. A solid book.

Very good, well worth it.

Got this and finished it two weeks ago but only getting to review now. Have to say I loved this, learnt a lot and was relieved to find fresh and interesting content. Narration was generally very good, just a TINY bit irritating towards end, but overall I highly recommend this one.

Was recommended to me and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to you. I dont usually review stuff online but I felt compelled to do it for this one as I felt I gained incredible value for such a cheap price.

This book is an excellent resource for relieving anxiety, worry and stress and ultimately showing you how to easily be a calmer, more confident and happier person. A fantastic resource and one I intend to come back to time and time again

Genuinely helpful

My honest opinion is this is a genuinely helpful, realistic and wonderful book. I would go as far to say it is life changing, if you implement the advice given. Not everything applied to me but the vast majority of it did and i am already finding myself coping MUCH better with life in general. I feel happier, calmer and more confident.

My favourite book in a long long time

What made the experience of listening to How to Overcome Anxiety & Worry through Mindfulness the most enjoyable?

How it was all laid out - easy to follow, great narratition and how the tips seemed to start working for me instantly.

Have you listened to any of Jennifer Groberg’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Nope but her narration was excellent.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

RELIEF! To finally find some help with anxiety and low self-esteem etc

Any additional comments?

Mindfulness can be a very powerful tool but you really need the right book to help you. I have tried several but most seemed full of nonsense or too difficult to follow. This one was different.

I have recommended this to many friends already who are also seeing the benefits. Give it a try, even if this is not your usual sort of thing.

A worthy addition to my library

Recommendations online lead me to this book. To be honest when i first got it I found the first 30 mins slightly dissapointing but after that it got to some pretty unique points of view which, as other people have stated, were easy to follow!

Made sense.

A book that ACTUALLY makes sense of mindfulness and how it can be used to relieve anxiety and panic. Found it very easy to understand, great narrator and very good value for money. A happy (and less stressed!) customer!

Makes sense

It actually made sense of mindfulness and most vitally how to ACtUALLY use it in daily life. Found the narration excellent. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this.

A good one.

One of the few good ones which I now own on kindle, paperback AND audiobook versions, LOL! Makes mindfulness easy to understand and easy got implement. Good narrator. Cover is weird tho HA!

Anxiety tips and tricks

Like many self help books this book give a series of different approaches to overcome anxiety or stress However, unlike other books this one addresses anxiety and stress from a mindful perspective. Definitely a good resource for those working through conquering anxiety!

Love this Audiobook!

This is such a wonderful audio book. I purchased it because I struggle with anxiety and I constantly worry about my self esteem, etc. I thought this book would give me peace of mind and I actually go so much more! I love the way this book is written. It's devoted to making you feel good about yourself and letting go of the stress, fear, and panic that a person like me goes through everyday. I'm so very thankful for finding this book and will definitely be purchasing more from author Michelle Galler!

Not sure if enjoyable is the right word, but I found it inspiring and it gave me a lot of hope in my life.

The last half of the book really spoke to me, felt like a good friend / doctor giving me solid actionable advice.
