Summary

Maggie Flynn has always been a good girl. She leads a simple life and believes in helping others. Under normal circumstances, she would never even consider performing the dance of the seven veils at a bachelor party. But when her best friend begs for help and waves the promise of much-needed cash in her face, Maggie reluctantly agrees to step outside of her comfort zone and relax her lofty standards a little.

Most doctors don't make house calls anymore, including Michael Callaghan. But he's willing to make an exception when the pretty redhead with the jewel-like green eyes takes a header off the stage at his brother's bachelor party. Something about her piques his masculine interest, and it's not just her dancing. Lightning hits the Callaghan clan a third time when Michael and Maggie find themselves snowbound during a classic nor'easter, but their bond is soon tested when Michael is forced to choose between following his finely-honed instincts and respecting Maggie's wishes. It's a hell of a choice. Either way, he could lose her forever.

Contains mature themes.

Good story!

This third audiobook in this series was quite entertaining and well written. I liked the storyline and the characters. The whole property thing was a little confusing at the last part of the book, but it was only a small part of the book. Narration was excellent. I hope the other brothers get books also, especially Kane.

Another Wonderful Story!

When Maggie agrees to do something far beyond her comfort zone little does she know it may be the best decision of her life. Michael is immediately attracted to the sweet little dancer who takes a header off the stage of his brother’s bar and needs his assistance. They are storm stayed together and develop a bond that changes everything for them both. However one decision could shatter it all. This was another wonderful story with all the Callaghan brothers and their family dynamics. Aiden Snow continues to do an amazing job of narrating.

You have got to be kidding me

Some Spoilers:

If you are like me and have very little tolerance for people who eschew modern medicine based on some sort of principle stay far away from this book. The fact that she is refusing prenatal care for her unborn child is bad enough, but the fact that the hero is a DOCTOR and letting that happen to his kid is worse.

All of that aside, I have to say I'm not the biggest fan of this series as a whole. Weirdly, I kind of like the men, but I cannot STAND any of the women. They are so self absorbed and have to be martyrs at every chance they can even when they could literally die. I thought I was done after Lexi and her nonsense (if you have a horribly deadly disease maybe it's a good idea to say something and run back home for your medicine instead of not saying anything and staying where you are???? What the actual heck???) Like I said I generally like the men in this series BUT they all enable these women!! These relationships seem very unhealthy to me...

Aiden Snow is a pretty good narrator but that can't save this series for me. Unfortunately I think I'm done. I'm surprised I made it through this book.

Series just gets better!

Each book in this series seems to be better than the last. I am completely captivated by all of the Callaghans! I love the interactions of the characters and the narration is wonderful! I'm anxious to continue.

One of my favorites in this series. Hoping to get the entire series on Audible as soon as they come out. Great job by narrator Aiden Snow.

difference in strong and annoying

struggled with the heroine ..... it's bad when you can't stand female lead! I really wanted Michael to drop her and find an adult grown woman

House Calls

House Calls is the 3rd book in the Callaghan Brothers series by Abbie Zanders. Another great book. It's impossible not to fall in love with all the Calaghans. Not just because all of the men are gorgeous badasses. The family loyalty and dedication to doing the right thing is the real attraction. All of the wives fall into that category too. The world would be a better place if the Calaghans were real. I will happily visit Abbie Zanders world often. HEA and no cliffhanger

As always, narration by Aiden Snow was perfection!!! His voice and portrayal of the characters just makes an already sexy story even better. I've listened to Jake and Ian's stories so many times I could probably recite them. Michael's will be replayed often as well.
