Great investment for learning

It could be a bit heavy at first if someone doesn't have a minimum knowledge of English as this audiobook focuses on complete phrases and conversations from the beginning, not on isolated words or vocabulary. This audiobook is great if you are into self-taught. You will find value in this too for people who want to improve their English speaking skill. Good.

There's a bunch of good insights here.

I already know English and I can understand it perfectly, but I can’t speak it fluently. Downloaded some ebooks and audio books in the past, but I just got frustrated even more. But this book is different. It has some flaws but majority of it is helping me shape my voice the way it’s supposed to be and for my speaking skills to be excellent.

Listening to English song can improve English lang

I am 37 years old. For older folk like myself, this audiobook is great. A lot of information on how to speak better English. Another thing I also find is that listening to songs will also allow you to focus on your pronunciation and understanding of the English language's rhythm, tone and beat. You'll get English stuck inside your head. Many of the words and sound patterns within a song are repetitive and this makes it easier for them to stick in your mind.

I’ll keep this short and simple.. this audiobook will help you speak better English. The learning technique from the author is useful, better than learning from school, which takes a really long time.

More than just a passing reference.

This book is more than just a passing reference. I’m planning to listen to this day by day. If you’re not sure what overshadowing is and how it works, listen to this audiobook. It’s imperative to do. It makes the sentences easier to retain in our mind.

A realistic English audio guide.

While the book may be more on preparing oneself in learning the language, it has impressed me, indeed. The idea of being fluent with it makes me more excited to explore and apply the principles.

Most are useful.

I wish I have known about this audio guide sooner before I had the interview with a client. I remember him telling me that I wasn’t a good fit for the position because he is looking for someone who has an American accent. That got me thinking. Hearing Whitney’s words prompted me to set my goals and keep track of my progress every day. Some of the tips here are the usual ones but most are useful!

Honing my English skills is attainable now.

I am surrounded by a lot of English speakers. This motivated me to hone my English skills. Adults faced a lot of obstacles unlike kids, but it doesn’t mean we cannot try. We are more endowed with the gift of understanding and imagination. I find relying on this book easier than enrolling in courses.

Great book love it!

I wish I had had these tools and methods spelled out to me forty years ago when I learned my first foreign language. I think these techniques ought to be taught in school. They can be used to learn many things in addition to language.

This got me thinking.

This one’s good for English adult learners. It’s high time we put in our maximum efforts otherwise we won’t be getting anywhere. She has perfectly described what learners need to possess to make learning a success. Thanks for reminding me that fluency is an art and a passion.

Never Give up

Just finished this audiobook, I will probably listen to this again, coz it’s really very helpful. Here is my thought. If you want to speak any language you must be involved with people speaking that language native speakers. But where to find a native? no one will lose wit you his/her time in order to speak to you . I wish to find someone for me personally, I need to speak with a native English speaker to get more fluent. I am going to get there. Just never give up learning!

don't waste your money.

it doesn't teach you anything. it only said things you already know. for example, it stated if you wanted to improve your English, read articles online. that is it.

It has some good points.

This one’s a good book to talk about. It’s no doubt that it’s one of the best sellers written by Whitney. It’s all encompassing and on point.
