Great book and good story line! I really liked the main character she was a really strong and brave female lead. There was definitely a few super hot moments! But it was never written in a distasteful way if you know what mean. The narrator had a lovely voice is was crisp and clear.
I would definitely recommend this book if you want a good short story to listen to.

A beautiful read/listen about how simple acts of kindness are so necessary. Lawson is a captive shifter being experimented on and beaten. Luv works at the lab and accidentally stumbles on Lawson being mistreated. The rest is how their instant bond continues to grow as Liv takes risks to free Lawson and any other shifters who may be captive in the lab. Sweet, with heat, suspense, action and adventure. Narration was perfect, well written with great storyline and flow. I'm looking forward to more in this series.

I love paranormal romances so I was looking forward to this series but I couldn't even finish it. The h was beyond stupid and unreal. SPOILERS...She knows these shapeshifters are basically being tortured and she goes on with her life laughing and having a great time with friends plus one evening when she's thinking about seeing Lawson the next day at work she skips to her car, talks about how giddy she is and wonders what she should wear. Seriously? He could possibly be getting beat up right then and she knows it but she's giddy and wondering what to wear. Then one day she goes through the trouble of drugging her boss and she doesn't break him out? She even forgot her phone so he couldn't call his family nor could she get some pictures so she drugged her boss for nothing! END SPOILERS. There are just no words. I quit reading during that chapter (chapter 10) because I just couldn't take it anymore plus I decided to read the reviews to see if it would get better and from what I read it didn't so I quit and obviously won't be finishing the series because their reviews don't sound any more promising. I hate not finishing a book but I just could not stand the h. I cannot recommend unfortunately.

Couldn’t handle the guys voice when he was reading out what what the girls would say. It was so bad I got to chapter 2 and couldn’t go any further
