Many great tips to having a dream house by the sea

The cottage you've been dreaming about
I really enjoyed how practical this short book was. A lot of people dream about getting their little fisherman's cottage sometime in the future, but most times that stays at a dream level, not so much action being taken in that direction. This book is so helpful in making you consider all the aspects when purchasing your fisherman's cottage and avoid a lot of mistakes.

Everything you need to know about your dream home.
In a post covid world I now work from home and we've been told this is now permanent. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of people in a similar situation and with my kids grown up now may be the time to relocate. I've been specifically looking to move to the south coast but while keeping the prices low and fishing villages with low industry seem to be the perfect match of low cost in a beautiful area. This book was very useful in laying out what I'd need to consider in taking on such a big move. The book even goes down to the detail of how to get on with the locals, laws and regulations, what to look for and there's a nice bonus chapter too! If you're looking to get your perfect cottage in the U.K then I'd highly recommend you listen to this great audiobook first!

Great advice
I enjoyed this book particularly for the information given about potential problems to consider as well as using your home as a rental property to generate additional income. This book is insightful and certainly a "go-to" when looking to buy a seaside cottage.

No-nonsense, informative and actionable!
First things first, don't let the length of the book fool you... I didn't expect to get so much value in just under 40mins! It's straight to the point, no fluff, all value. This has been eye-opening and I can now see how attainable it is to have my own fisherman's cottage all thanks to this book.

Dreams of the Black Isle
My father has always wanted to get a second home by the sea near the Black Isle. This audiobook was packed full of great tips about finding the best location, trying an area before you commit to buying and what joys you have in store once you have obtained your dream cottage. It was such an easy audiobook to listen to and I was able to listen to it during my lunch break. I will certainly get my dad to listen to this audiobook!

Really informative
Who doesn't love the countryside, nice and peaceful, scenery and my favourite thing to do fishing. I'd move to the country in a heartbeat. Excellent short listen on how to go about buying , picking the best spot , maintenance u may have to do, and where to look to find your dream country cottage .

Great guide for buying and maintaining a cottage
I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It goes in great details about what too look for when looking to buy a cottage. There’s a lot of great advice in the book which I’ll take on board when I decide to sell my house and move somewhere quieter and buy a cottage.
