This book contains a wide array of tips for UK home sellers. Areas such as presentation, marketing, choice of agent, considering who your buyer is etc are covered. There are lots of useful takeaways that I’ll refer back to. The narration is fantastic. The only minor grip is that the author often diverts to mentioning the benefits of professional staging, often referring to their own business. By the end, it felt a little bit like a promotional. However, that’s not to detract from lots of great tips this book contains.
