This audiobook focuses on one specific role in the Bible so we can be deeply familiar with this man. I like the chapters were crafted by events so we can get to know him story by story. The narrator has vivid descriptions. Can't wait to listen to the other book also written by this author talking about Abraham's son Isaac.

Having not re-visited the story of Abraham in many years, this audiobook was something I appreciated listening to. I didn't realize how his story would complement our current lives. I've listened to several titles in The Biblical Character Series and have enjoyed it so far. The narrator does a great job of telling the wonderful story that James has written for us.

This book has been beautifully crafted into a biography of Abraham's life, who was one of the beloved prophets of God.
There is a lot of information from Abraham's birth to his death and everything in between.

There are chapters about Abraham's multiple wives and then God blessing him children in very old age...goes to show, you should never underestimate the power of the Creator.
