Yoga instructor on demand!

I am in love with this audiobook! Like an iPad you didn't know you needed it until you had it. I am a morning person and a frequent traveler that necessitates the need for a quiet way to practice yoga. I am able to listen to the audio on my iPhone with earbuds and not disturb anyone. Sue's voice is calming. She guides you through each pose with verbal cues that allow you to visualize how to position your body. The poses are gentle and relaxing yet just a little challenging. I actually looked forward to doing yoga every morning. I am going to buy another book by Sue Fuller.

Easy to follow

Perfect for beginners and great supplement to a beginners yoga class. Very good. I used it to practice some yoga on the off days of a once a week class. I have MS and could easily follow this program. Thanks

Gentle Yoga

After 5 years of intense yoga classes several times a week I am ready to be a beginner again. This routine just feels right and brings my body a gentle stretch. I enjoy Sue’s voice and find her instructions very clear.
