Very informative audible
This is a practical guide toward assertiveness. From the very beginning the author acknowledges that this is not a quick fix. It is a skill that needs to be actively worked on. Also gives different situations in which the reader may need to be assertive for example with family, a spouse or at the workplace and example are given in which the reader can role play.
