Very happy to listen this great book.

Great and practical book!

Great and practical book! From diving deep into the fixed versus growth mindset to laying out the mental roadmap someone needs to achieve success, this book has it all. I really enjoyed the example of the different types of martial arts for self-defense. It was fun to hear about different styles and origins. Great listen to learn how to toughen up!
