So glad to listen this one.
I have recommended this book many times and will continue to do so. I think everyone should listen it. I,like many others, didn't think I had an anger problem. Whether you label it hurt, embarrassment, betrayal, impatience, annoyance, etc., at the core it is all anger. We could all use less negative emotions and more positive ones in our lives. I promise, if you listen this and take the words to heart, you will have both.

Straight to the point
No fat on this one. Practical advise founded on sound logic and science. Enjoyed the shorter length compared to most and the voice was very pleasant.

Really good audiobook to listen!!!
This book is an all-inclusive resource for guys, dads, and boys that addresses anger management from every angle. The importance placed on things like introspection, self-care, and emotional acuity, all of which have had a significant effect on my own life, was much appreciated. Any male or parent who wants to learn to control their temper and have better relationships should listen this book.

It is very interesting
I strongly recommend this book. I've dealt with anger issues my entire life - I grew up around anger and never learned how to deal with it. That decision changed my life for the better. I slowly listen the book over and over. It's beautifully described in an easy-to-understand way, yet very profound. I've since gone on to read many more books about anger and enlightenment

Really good audiobook to listen!!!
Easy listen. Super on point. Comes with a workbook that you should fill out and do. Made a huge difference for me. He gives you recommendations of more in depth readings to expand on the topics because he doesn’t waste time going too in depth. Very practical guide just as it says.

Anger management is important
I recently had an anger episode caused by severe stress. I was hitting objects and yelling, cursing and what not. It was terrifying. I realized that I needed help, and it all started with this book. Mismanaged anger can lead to unpleasant consequences from an embarrassing moment to even an irreversible tragedy. Please, take care of your mental health. This book truly helped me in this process.
Thank you.
