Story
When Bo Grayson and her friends meet a mysterious fortune teller, she gives each woman the same prediction: you will meet the love of your life by Christmas Day. But Bo quickly dismisses this as nonsense. And with the festive season in full swing, she has plenty to keep her busy: creating the seasonal menu for her Boatyard Café, getting her rock and roll dance group ready for their Christmas show - and avoiding thinking about last December, when her fortune took a turn for the worse.

Emma loved her life in the seaside village of Silver Cove. But when the discovery of sunken treasure ignited a feud between her family and that of Luke, her first love, everything fell apart. Heartbroken and betrayed, she fled. Now, as she wades into the sparkling surf for the first time in 15 years, she remembers everything she loved about this beautiful place. Then a huge wave knocks her off her feet. Wet and dripping, Emma is rescued by none other than Luke—who is, to her dismay, even more handsome than ever.

cervical cancer? in a romantic comedy?
Storylines that include cancer have no place in a romantic comedy (the category where I found this book). I am a cancer survivor and I can tell you that I found the experience neither romantic nor comic. Certainly I have no interest in hearing about it when I need a pleasant light-hearted reading for Christmas.

Okay read
This book was okay! It was a bit frustrating to be honest, I just kept wanting to shout for heavens sake just tell her/him! It’s just based on people avoiding telling the truth when there wasn't any need for the truth to be hidden! Not the best book, but okay if you don’t have anything better to listen too!
