Summary

I don't have time for mysterious strangers. Even the really hot ones.

I met him in a bar the night before I left to move across the country - and I never expected to see him again.

But then he followed me....

It would be creepy if he was just a stalker - but he’s not. He’s a protector, shielding me from a group of nutjobs who believe in dragons.

He saved my life - but now it’s my turn.

And apparently, the nutjobs aren’t wrong. Dragons are real.

And I hold the key to saving them all.

A Dragon's Sacred Mate is the first audiobook in the epic MPREG Guardian Dragons series. Featuring steamy dragons, strong omegas, and a shady organization hellbent to destroy them.

A great series from Aiden Bates & Jill Haven. Stories are enjoyable and slightly addictive. JK Frysta did a nice job with the narration but it took me a bit to get use to his narration. Overall a steal for one credit.

This was an interesting series. I enjoyed listening to a different take on dragons and their mates. I loved that the dragons were more spread out and diverse. Knowing that they didn't all get along was nice to hear. I especially loved the villian Templars.

I wasn't sure about this audio when I first started listening, the thought of 48 hours of the same narrator seemed a challenge. And it was. I took a break at 25 hours and listened to another book.
Saying that though the stories merges seamlessly and I really got invested into the series.
Great writing, although I would have preferred personally this group of books in two bundles.
If you love paranormal, you are going to love this series and as I said, a great bargain, 6 books for 1 credit.

This is a terrific and intriguing series, although I am still not sure the questions of exactly when and from where the dragons came were answered to my satisfaction. (The dragons say more than once that they are not aliens, but that they came from elsewhere. Not really an explanation.) I found it intriguing that these books ascribe much of the knowledge and secrets that some people think came from aliens to the dragons. I enjoyed the way the books melded together, with each book leading naturally into the next. I had listened to a couple of the books separately before, and it was definitely a pleasure to have them all together. Each book deals with a different dragon-omega pair, but the characters continue to appear in subsequest books, so they really need to be read or listened to in order to understand the larger story arc. Personally, I liked some books better than others. I found the first book hard to get into. Reece was stiff and distant, and I never really felt the connection between him and Matthew. I didn't really care for the dominant/submissive emphasis of Book 3 (Sasha and Lincoln) and the boy/Sir dynamic, but that's just me. I liked Sasha overall. Book 5 was very different from the others with neither of the two MCs knowing what they are. At first, I didn't think it fit, but it was definitely needed to reach the solution in Book 6. Book 2 with Tarin and Lucas, and Book 4 with Morgan and Tanner. were my favorites. I really loved how slow, patient and supportive Morgan was with Tanner, both in the mating and with the mission. Sasha provided great support to both of them. The focus on family, both among the dragons (Sasha and Morgan) and the humans (Tanner and Cameron) really touches the heart. Overall very enjoyable and recommended listen.

The narration was pretty good. I thought the voices for individual characters were pretty consistent from book to book.
