Of Orchid and Dandelion tells the story of four young girls in the beginning of time who play outside the field and can't get back in. Orchid, of course, is one of these young girls. And Dandelion is another. But Orchid can't immediately recall the names of the other two girls. The tale continues with Orchid returning to her dynasty (she is the queen) and searching for the other three girls.

In Search of a Right-Brained Computer is the story of my search to find a computer for my right-brained wife. Since I'm left-brained, this was perhaps a futile attempt. Yet I pursued it. What I found was what makes right- and left-brained people ask the same questions while asking different questions. I explore each of the main questions one might ask when purchasing a computer. I then go through a computer system I designed in an attempt to design a right-brained computer. Then I analyze where it came close to meeting its mark and where it fell short.

An electric car is often referred to as an electric vehicle or EV. In Select Your Electric Car, I explore the various options of EVs available in the United States. If you live in California or in one of the other states which have similar zero emission vehicle standards, you will have more choices. These states have laws that car companies selling cars in their state must provide a certain percentage of EVs. I am going to focus on the EVs which are widely available in the US now (2018).

I started following electric cars while writing a paper in history class in seventh grade on current events. I started following hybrids when the Honda Insight was released in 1999. I also started following fuel-cell cars about that same time. The Xybrid expands on hybrid technologies, discussing new, potential, and conceptual technologies. If you're interested in cars, and especially if you're interested in hybrids and electric cars, then this book is for you, whether you understand how cars work or not.

Ducker went through life snapping his toes. I suspect you think that that sounds a bit gross and it might be a bit painful. And you’re also under that impression that that might be just a little bit too much information. Perhaps it’s something which you’d rather not know. And since Ducker really liked to snap his toes. And since snapping one’s toes is very difficult to do while wearing shoes and/or socks, Ducker had a great disdain for wearing either shoes or socks.

Shortly after the turn of the century, my wife, Terry, and I moved to the mountains of Colorado. Shortly after that, I wrote this humorous story about our lives and how my hero wife lived in spite of the debilitating illness of MCS - multiple chemical sensitivity. Terry lives with the severe face pain, the mind fog, the lack of energy. Satoru's Boukenshousetsu is a story about a young man who is writing an adventure story. While Satoru is writing his boukenshousetsu, another story is weaving its way through his life, doing bizarre things to his body. Satoru tries to keep his kibyou (strange disease) hidden from his girlfriend, Julie. Meanwhile, Satoru's best friend, David, is trying to find a way for Satoru to finally be free of this curse.

In this first title of the series, we meet this wizard without a wand - Shmedley Thrumbledack - and his closest friends in their first year at Wizard School. This Wizard School is so expensive that Shmedley's parents run out of money buying his supplies and don't have enough left over to buy him a wand.

From across the room, he noticed her elbow. As he traced the curve of her elbow with his eyes, he noticed something stenciled there. At this distance, he should not have been able to tell that that something was a flower. But he could, so he gave up reasoning for reality. His eye started tracing the lines of the flower. He was only vaguely aware that the flower was drawn on a woman's elbow some 20 yards away.
