Around 10 years ago I started studying Gestalt Therapy and have now for the last 5 years had a successful Gestalt Therapy praxis in Luxembourg. This podcast will deal with topics I have come across in my praxis, in my day to day life or current events that are happening in the world. All topics are related to mental well-being and existential questions.
