have tried numerous self books, but this one spoke volumes to me, it had no gimmicks or waffle, just pure thoughts and simple clear messages, narrated by a very calming and compassionate man, listening to it back to back now, even going to buy the Kindle version to make notes. thank you R

Wow. Often these type of books are repetitive and you learn one or two things. In this Book, I found myself really learning from every single chapter and applying it instantly. Thank you for the increased sense of well being and above all compassion and joy I now share more with others!

well I will have to buy the book now because it's a reference for life that I'll no doubt give away and have to rebuy :-) great advice discerned from all his years of practicing medicine and podcasting. I have many many podcasts to go back to but have listened to a few referenced on meditation (bought Love Bliss) and compassion which was eye opening. keep it up Rangan hope to see you in Manchester one day mate!

Love Dr Chatterjee's podcast, and this is definitely my favourite book of his! Great that he reads it himself, and so much useful information collated together, and lots of practical ideas to implement.

I enjoyed listening to Dr Chatterjee Happy mind Happy life. He talked about how we spent too much time on our phones (social media) and not spending enough time socialising with each other. We should enjoy small things in life: going on a walk in nature and Spending time with your family and having more time for the things you love doing. (Time is precious) He also talked about Juck happiness and too many choices from the modern world. (Too many distractions)

It has helped me to identify aspects of my mental Health that I wasn’t aware of, it has given me great sources of information and guidelines to follow, which hopefully, or I will dear to say it will definitely put me in the frame of mind, to identify my real problems and issues, and to cope with the adversity of my health conditions, my approach to life itself, and my interactions with the outside world, feel stronger within myself, and live a more peaceful, happier life, no matter what the future holds
