Il manoscritto è costituito da quarantaquattro poesie, che trattano problematiche attuali, danno voce a chi voce non ha: a persone che a torto non vengono ascoltate, perché ritenute non importanti e quindi, anche se hanno voce, vengono tramutate in persone mute dall'indifferenza generale. Io dono la mia voce perché possano difendersi e farsi valere per gridare le loro ragioni. Queste tematiche vengono affrontate con uno stile personale diretto e descrittivo, attraverso il quale l'ascoltatore riesce a vedere quello che sussurro al suo cuore.
