Meet former Cleveland cop turned Zombie private eye, Matt Richter, as he is asked by a female demon to save her boyfriend from the loan sharks who’ve kidnapped him.

Fifteen years ago, 29 Barley Street, South London, became notorious as the scene of alleged poltergeist activity which led to the death of young Holly Wasson. The shadow cast by this episode is still felt in the town and amongst the gang of friends who were caught up in the tragic event. When one of the group dies in horrific and strange circumstances, Matt Hunter, former minister and now professor of sociology, is called in to investigate.

Centuries ago, when Earth's Darkfolk - vampires, werewolves, witches, and other creatures - were threatened by humanity, they departed our planet's dimension and journeyed to a shadowy realm, where they built the great city of Nekropolis. Matt Richter is an Earth cop who came through a portal to Nekropolis on a case, died, and was resurrected as a zombie. Unable to return home, he works as a private investigator on the very mean streets of this shadowy, dark city.

Matt Richter's going to pieces - literally. You've got to keep your head to survive in the teeming undead city known as Nekropolis. It's a pity crazed genius Victor Baron couldn't manage that. Now everyone wants a piece of him. Zombie detective Matt Richter and his glamorous she-vampire companion Devona are back on the case, with another wild and wonderful investigation.

Matt Turner's psychic ability has granted him a window into the entirety of Earth's intelligent beings - past and present - but this gift has also been his heaviest burden. A talent like Matt's can only be kept secret for so long, and ruthless individuals desiring lost and rare items viewed him only as a prized tool.

From his arrival at Nekropolis, Matt has found himself embroiled in disputes with the city's vampire lords, shapeshifters, golems, and other monstrosities. Nothing has prepared him for the Dark War.

We return to P.I. Matthew Richter, currently a zombie, in the city of Nekropolis. In this case, he’s after a wand that turns things into silver, but before he can get far in his search, he’s forced to use a coin to turn himself into a human. He’s got one shot now to get back home to his significant other for their only chance at having a kid...but of course, all of Nekropolis is out to get him (or so it seems).

The Midnight Watch was the security firm back in its day. If you wanted something or someone protected, you hired the Watch. That was until its founder was mysteriously murdered on the eve of his retirement 50 years ago. A malevolent force has jealously guarded the building ever since, killing every potential new owner that enters the building. When zombie private detective Matt Richter’s girlfriend becomes the new owner, the force literally begins draining her life’s blood, and with just seconds to act, only Matt can save her, with no weapons to fight back.
