    The truth comes to light as Michelle and Rachel come unhinged in this light on running episode. Someone unexpectedly breaches the no swearing agreement - and it’s not who you’d think! Michelle admits her hatred for pink clothing and all black sneakers while Rachel admits her love for the work-issued sneaker look and points out the pink flowers on Michelle’s fun socks. The duo reminisces about all of the fun 90s ab hacks, tests the boundaries of their marriages, and occasionally offers some non-advice about getting into running. This is sure to be the episode that makes or breaks the podcast and bonus points if you can correctly keep tally of Michelle’s use of the filler words “um”, “yeah”, and “so.” We’ll add that to the medal and cookie offer so be sure to reach out for absolutely no follow-through on any of that.
