• Day 19 - Reclaiming Your Sensuality
    Feb 17 2026

Welcome to Day 19 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we explore a profound theme: Body Shadows, Sensuality, Shame, and Releasing the Past. Our question for the day is: “What part of my sensuality was shamed or silenced?”

Just because others struggled to embrace your sacred essence doesn’t mean it isn’t holy. ✨ Have you ever been told to cover up, tone it down, or stop being so “extra”? Perhaps they mocked your dance moves, your laughter, or the way you confidently occupied your space. Over time, you may have felt the need to shrink yourself to fit their comfort.

Remember—your sensuality is not dirty; it’s divine. It extends far beyond the realm of sex; it’s in the way you move, breathe, and embrace life. It resonates in the rhythm of your hips, the warmth of your smile, and the vibrant spirit shining through your skin.

The shame you've carried was never your own; it originated from their fears, wounds, and unhealed shadows. Today, you have the power to return it.

Reclaim your sensuality. Reclaim your presence. Reclaim YOU. You are the altar, you are holy, and nothing sacred should ever be hidden. 🔥

Join us in today’s episode as we journey together to shed shame and celebrate the brilliance of your authentic self!

  • Day 18 - Releasing Guilt and Embracing Sensuality
    Feb 16 2026

Welcome to Day 18 of our Shadow Work Series! Today, we delve into a poignant theme: Body Shadows, Sensuality, Shame, and Releasing the Past. Our question for reflection is: “Where do I carry guilt in my body?”

Your body is a living memory, holding onto everything—even the feelings you thought you had released. Your shoulders may still tense up, your chest might be shielding itself, and your gut could be twisting with unprocessed emotions.

Today, let’s take a moment to tune in. Begin by scanning your body from head to toe. Identify where you feel heaviness. Place your hand on that area and connect with its warmth. Visualize the guilt as something tangible—a stone, a knot, or mud. As you inhale, breathe light into it, and with each exhale, imagine it melting away. Acknowledge that feeling:

💬 “Thank you for trying to protect me, but I’m ready to live without you now.”

You deserve to move freely and embrace pleasure without shame. Your body should be a home for joy, not a storage unit for pain.

🪞 Take time to journal about this experience. Move your body in ways that feel uplifting. Let go of this guilt, piece by piece, and create space for a lighter, more vibrant you. Join us in today’s healing journey!

  • Day 17 - Uncovering the Stories Within
    Feb 14 2026

Welcome to Day 17 of our enriching journey! Today’s shadow work question is a powerful one: “What stories live in my hips, womb, chest, or gut?”

Your body is a living archive, a sacred container of your experiences. Think about it—your hips may be bearing the weight of missed dances, while your womb could be holding not only your pains but also the echoes of generations past. Your chest is where every unsent “I love you,” every swallowed scream, and every long-held breath resides. And let’s not forget your gut, the truth-teller that you’ve often silenced while putting on a brave face through challenging times.

Now, here’s the empowering question to sit with: If your womb could speak, what would she scream? Not a whisper— a powerful, cathartic scream. What truths have you kept bottled up, waiting for a chance to breathe?

You don’t need to have all the answers today. Instead, take a moment to listen. Place your hands on that part of your body, breathe deeply, and quietly affirm, “I hear you. I’m here. I’m ready to carry you differently.”

Your body has been your diary, holding every memory, joy, and heartbreak even before you learned to write. It’s time to acknowledge those stories and give them the space they deserve. Join us today as we explore these intimate connections and begin the healing journey toward wholeness.

  • Day 16 - Reconnecting with Your Body
    Feb 13 2026

Welcome to Day 16 of our transformative journey! Today’s shadow work prompt dives deep into a powerful question: “What part of my body do I feel disconnected from—and why?”

This episode isn’t about scrutinizing your reflection in the mirror; it’s a heartfelt exploration of the body parts you may have overlooked or neglected. Have your shoulders tightened from the weight of your responsibilities? Does your stomach feel heavy with unspoken anxiety? Are you holding back words that could release the tension in your chest?

We often shy away from these areas because confronting them means facing the emotions stored within. But remember, you cannot heal what you keep hidden in the shadows. Every part of your body is a vital piece of you—worthy of love and acknowledgment.

Join us as we embark on this intimate challenge:💧 Choose an oil that makes you feel luxurious (save the cooking oil for another time).🎶 Set the mood with music that inspires movement and freedom in your soul.🪞 Stand before a mirror, locate the part you've been avoiding, and bless it with your touch. Affirm: “I see you. I love you. Thank you for carrying me through it all.”

Let’s honor the resilience of our bodies—through heartbreak, joy, loss, and love, they have stood by us. It’s time to return home to the sacred vessel that is you. Tune in and take the first step towards reconnecting with your authentic self!

  • 🎙️ Day 15 – Shadow Work Series: SOUTH — THE HEART 💖
    Feb 12 2026

oday, your heart is asking a powerful question: “What am I holding that isn’t even mine?”

We all carry our own emotions—but sometimes, our hearts get heavy with pain, shame, guilt, or fear that belong to someone else:
    ✨ Guilt from a parent’s mistakes
✨ Shame from an ex’s actions
✨ Ancestral fear passed down through generations
✨ Society’s expectations weighing on your joy

Your heart isn’t a storage unit for other people’s baggage. Today, visualize opening your heart and seeing boxes, bags, or suitcases labeled with these burdens. One by one, pick them up, and say: “This is not mine. I give it back.” Then hand it over to its rightful owner—whether that’s an ancestor, an ex, a boss, or even a system. Release it with love, burn it in fire, or send it to Spirit.

✨ Make space for YOUR truth, YOUR joy, YOUR dreams. Let your heart breathe.

  • 💖 DAY 14 — SHADOW WORK SERIES 💖
    Feb 11 2026

Day 14 is hitting diferente today, mi gente.

We’re talking about your emotional mask — the face, the attitude, the performance you put on so nobody sees what’s really happening in your heart.

Maybe you’re Miss Always Happy, smiling through the pain because you think people only want your good vibes.
Maybe you’re Mr. I Got It All Together, calm on the outside while your mind is juggling chaos like a circus act.
Or maybe you’re the Strong Onela que siempre ayuda a todo el mundo — the one who holds everyone else up but never lets anyone hold her.

    That mask isn’t bad.
    It’s not fake.
    It’s a protective pattern.

You built it when being real didn’t feel safe. When honesty came with consequences. When survival mattered more than softness.

    But here’s the truth, corazón:
You’re not in that same danger anymore.
And sometimes the mask that once protected you…
is now the thing keeping you lonely.

    Today’s shadow work prompt:
“What is my emotional mask — and who gets to see the real me?”

📝 Write down what your mask looks like.
💡 List the people who get to see behind it — and ask yourself why.
💬 Try letting one trusted person see a little more of the real you.

    Yes, it’s scary.
Vulnerability can feel like being naked in the cold.
But the people meant to love you?
    They don’t want the mask.

    They want you.

So today, even if it’s just for a moment…
    take it off.
    Let yourself be seen.
You don’t have to perform to be worthy. 💖

  • 💖 Day 13: Shadow Work Series – When I’m emotionally overwhelmed… what do I run to?
    Feb 10 2026

Let’s be honest. Most of us don’t run to healing when we’re overwhelmed—we run to snacks, hustle culture, toxic exes, or a deep scroll into TikTok oblivion. 🍿📱💼💔
Some of us turn into a whole 5-star chef at midnight like, “Lemme whip up some emotional damage stew real quick with a side of hot Cheetos and tears.”
Others act like if we launch three new businesses, reorganize the pantry, and send healing energy to our cousin’s boyfriend’s sister—we’ll feel better. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨
Truth is… those are protective patterns. They’re not bad, they’re just what we learned to do when our nervous system says, “Too much! Shut it down! Distract!”
So today I’m not asking you to fix it. I’m asking you to witness it. With love. With compassion. With humor, if you can.
    📝 Ask yourself:
✨ What do I run to when I’m emotionally overwhelmed?
✨ What feeling am I trying to avoid?
✨ Can I sit with myself for just a moment before I reach for the usual escape route?
This is how we stop abandoning ourselves, one pause at a time.
Watch the full video for more on this juicy shadow work convo. It’s real, it’s raw, it’s me being dramatic about my emotional eating habits — and it might just hit you in the soul.
You got this. I’m proud of you. 🫶🏽

  • 🖤 DAY 12 — SHADOW WORK 💧
    Feb 9 2026

What memory makes you cry just thinking about it—but you haven’t sat with it in forever?

    Yeah… that one.
The memory you shoved into a drawer labeled “I’ll deal with this later.”
But your heart? Baby… she never forgot.

    Today isn’t about fixing anything.
    It’s about feeling.

    Pull out the photo.
    Play the song.
Open the journal you’ve been avoiding like the plague.
Let the tears come without rushing them away.

    Because tears aren’t weakness.
    They’re wisdom.

They’re the language of your inner niña—the version of you that doesn’t need solutions, timelines, or affirmations. She just wants to be held. Seen. Allowed.

This is where heart-led healing begins.
    Not with a book.
    Not with a quote.
    But with you—
    in your body,
    present with yourself,
    making space instead of running.

And let me say this clearly, with love:
If you feel called to work with me—beautiful, we can talk.
And if your intuition says “not right now” or “go somewhere else”—I honor that too.

I’m not here to pull you in.
I’m here to remind you that your inner guidance is the real altar.
    Follow that.

    So today…
    Go cry.
    Go feel.
Go listen to the version of you that still matters.

I’ll see you mañana, corazón. 💋
