He's back! Addy the baddy. It had been too long. We had a good time catching up, discussing how trail running teams may evolve, working with athletes expectations of training, and even a Guy Fieri conspiracy theory

We got on the air this week to chat about all the various training camps, whether or not Nickelback is a good band (they are), the dangers of being labeled a "wizard" or "guru" and much more!

Sar-bear and Ferdy are at it again! We talked about everything and more, but most importantly, we had a good time.

Ooh mama! This was a good one! We talked about Canyons, Cocodona, Jim's entrance to Western States, and some of the behind the scenes info on what coaches struggle with.

We got on the mics ahead of Canyons to discuss the elite field, the amateur field, and all everything else about the weekend! We also get way too into clothes, crewing and Speedgoats. Enjoy!

This week we chat about the recent heat popping up across the US and how to navigate it with your training, races this weekend, how to crew with the right vibes, how we could be of use after the apocalypse and so much more!

We had a great time talking through the pros and cons of whether or not Western States should allow more pro/elite entries into the race and the different ways that could be accomplished. Other than that we talked about Disneyland and why we should all keep the joy alive as we take on new races!
