    It’s one of “those” days; againnnnn.Maybe you can relate a little. You know taht you are a life. You can feel it every day. You get up in the morning, go to the bathroom, you go to work every day, or you take care of your home and family, you go every day, you pay your bills, and once in a while, you go somewhere to MAKE yourself a little happier.Dammmmm, is that what people call LIFE?Well, I have one of those days where I KNOW I am alive but not living. Living means that you experience your life. That you push your limits, expand your borders, and create yourself always in a new way so you experience who you are and what could you be.But instead, we wear realized in a completely different direction. We have to go to school and break our credit report, which by the way is just another form of enslavement. We are brainwashed to think showing a big house, big car, or a great HAPPY social media (Lie) is all that counts. Is that truly all we have to look out for? Is that what our Creator(s) wanted for us? Why are we called “crazy” when we do our best to reach the3 stars? Why is it so hard for others to understand that LIF(v)E is the most important “thing” we will ever have or we should ever do?Now I know my physical age is 54, my soul just feels like a 20-year-old one who wants to be funny, travel, have fun, build more joy in her life, and would love to experience LIFE on this planet. Can you relate, your children are out of your house, you know you should let go, let them have their own fun because NOW it is YOUR TIME. But you can’t because you THINK you have other responsibilities. Maybe you have animals, a job you can’t just leave (so we think), or you have a partner. And our partners in 80% of relationships (just guessing) would never understand if we would say: ” Hey Hunny, I am going on a trip for a couple of weeks, take care of everything and let me live my life.” Boy, how offensive would that be? How would you feel if your partner woke up one day telling you that exact same thing?We were born FREE and, in our core, HAPPY. What happens when we feel not free anymore? What happens that feel way too often, that we are in jail? The jail of responsibility for things and for others?Then something, I think, that HAPPINESS Is overrated. What does it really mean to be happy? Is it something I have to search for or do something every day to be happy? Do I need friends and family around me to be happy? What is it? Why is the word HAPPY driving me insane? Where does happiness begin and end?Happiness is IN us. We can’t create happiness, we can't search for it and no one can give it to us. All those things can only increase the happiness we have inside of us. But what if you don’t feel any kind of happiness anymore? What is that feeling buried under emotional or physical pain? How do I get it back?I know what I am talking about because I think I am not happy. I do everyday things that should push my inner happiness to the daylight. But I feel like I am stuck. It is just too dark outside. I should be soooo happy, I have everything I ever dreamed of and still, I don’t feel happiness. Yes, sometimes I laugh and can feel the roots of happiness in my soul, and booommmm it’s gone at the moment I felt it.I know I know. So many people say You need friends. Well, the older you get, the harder it is to build a good relationship because you have so much experience collected over your lifetime, that you know what you want and don’t want in friendships. And because the world is a different playground than years ago, it is just difficult.My Grandma always said (she would be now 140 years): “The day do day and you have one true friend and your bed, you are blessed.”Look I am not talking about the “Friend” you just met or the typical person you would call a friend.
