Beauty standards are the expectations and ideals that society has for how people should look and present themselves. They vary across cultures and time periods, but they often have a significant impact on people's self-esteem, mental health, and well-being.

People should not be judged by their appearance but by their character, abilities, and achievements. People should not feel pressured to conform to unrealistic and harmful ideals but to embrace their natural beauty and express themselves authentically. People should not compare themselves to others but to appreciate their own strengths and uniqueness.

We live in a society where the stigma around mental health and illness still exists. Ms.Laila and I talked about very important things like her journey from a young girl to a psychologist, the rising drug addiction cases in Kashmir, breaking the stigma about the notion that ' there is no scope in taking psychology as a subject', how the unnecessary use of legal, psychiatric medicines is exploiting humans, how parents and teachers should deal with students and we shared some personal experiences as well.
