☾ Prioritize Regulating Your Nervous System to Relaxation + Receiving - ask your spirit every morning, “What is one thing I can do today to relax my nervous system in this season of my life?” (ex. Mindful breaths, morning meditation, visualization, journaling, empowering myself).

⋆⁺ Add Something NEW/Different to Your Routines + Habits - implement a NEW aspect to your daily routine and find the zest again for your daily rituals that allow you to connect to your body and inner being. Have some fun with trying out new practices as the energy shifts in spring.
