Priceless insights for body and mindset

Great advice, advanced coaching but super approachable. Akash Vaghela's insights are built from a career in guiding people to achieve their best. His lessons in this book are distilled into a practical and critically, simple way of applying those insights to your training, and many other aspects of your mindset.

If you struggle with fitness, or just don't know how to break down the problem and approach it, this is for you. It's a relatively short, but protein rich listen that is absolutely worth your investment.

Game Changer

If you are looking to make a real lifestyle change in your life this book is for you.

It moves away from these fad diets which is great. I have taken the points to make changes that have not only affected me but my family and those around me.

I would highly recommend this book and a listen!

Awesome, powerful, skilful and sensible

Not a meal plan in sight, mindset and focus - working out a strategy to succeed and your reason why you want it. Such a good book - not what I expected.

I read the book when it came out and started implementing the principles to transform my body and life. Listening to the book is taking it to another level. The next level - a gamechanger in personal fitness

This audiobook is a breakthrough, a revelation and essential listening. The fitness industry has been stagnant for a long time. Men and women wishing to change their lives through physical fitness have been frustrated with terrible guidance, inconsistent “science” and mediocre results despite huge effort and sacrifice. The Framework for Life

It's one thing getting into physical shape. But it's a whole other ballgame staying there. This framework allows you to understand how to approach this journey of self discovery in such a straightforward way. No nonsense, it won't lie to you or give you false promises. It will question you, make you think about your decisions and transform you to your core.

The book was great, but the ability to now listen to these words is even better. Can't recommend it enough.
