Extremely basic info
Unfortunately this was a waste of time I'm the most part. 10-15% of the information was new or useful. Everything else just common sense: 'check your voicemails while driving to save time' ; 'social media can be distracting...' set deadlines to make sure you complete tasks'.
I don't know how this is getting 5 star reviews! I hoped to get a lot from this book but was really disappointed. The narration makes it a tough listen also.
I wish I had better things to say. On to the next one!

fabulous book for time management
Collage is a crucial time in anyone's life and that is why we should optimize this time to get the best results we can. Time management is crucial but your diet and nutrition also plays a very important part. Great tips here on how to do that and also on how to approach exams to get the best grade you can. This book is a very helpful guide to improve your management of the time. Of course, the main focus is to help you with the study planning; but you can extrapolate it to any other aspect of your life. Altough this book is written with college students in mind, the truths inside are applicable to many working people too. Successful time management strategies are in detail discussed inside. A Very informative book

Fabulous book for time management.
I was interested in learning how to stick to my schedule and have a better understanding of what time really is. After listen this book I can say I understand how time affects our life. This book goes rapidly over the main 25 tips we need to know when being more productive. On the flip side, I must say though sometimes an example would benefit the read, but this is an extra, not an issue at all. Definitely recommend this book if you're looking to be more productive and conscious about what time really means. I found this book very valuable. I particularly liked the idea of time management really being about energy management. What a cool idea! It makes so much sense. I like this book so much i recommended this book. good book for time management.

This book is for all of you who feels like time is speeding up and the years are starting to fly by. Filled with research on how we perceive time and suggestions on how we can use the findings to alter those perceptions. Very well written with specific instructions on how to slow down and use time to your advantage. I bought a kindle version for myself and paperback version for my sister who is a psychologist. Helpful to all housewives
Within a week of receiving this book, every dish and every stitch of laundry was caught up, and I had indulged in TWO spa nights. With four kids under seven, my mind had been racing for as long as I've been a mother, and this book allowed me to let go of the anxiety and be happy again. This book is full of helpful advice, information, and systems for all households. This is one of the only books with advice for large, homeschooling family home management, but the book is equally applicable to small families.

Terrible narration seems computer-generated
I couldn't handle listening to this book because of the monotony and off-putting effect of the narration.
the text also seems kind of slapped together although there's some good information in here good luck getting to it without wanting to stab yourself with a fork in the eye.
