Summary

It's time to face the final trial....

The battle for Camp Jupiter is over. New Rome is safe. Tarquin and his army of the undead have been defeated. Somehow Apollo has made it out alive, with a little bit of help from the Hunters of Artemis.

But though the battle may have been won, the war is far from over.

Now Apollo and Meg must get ready for the final - and, let's face it, probably fatal - adventure. They must face the last emperor, the terrifying Nero, and destroy him once and for all.

Can Apollo find his godly form again? Will Meg be able to face up to her troubled past? Destiny awaits....

Thank you Rick

I can't describe how much I love this story, and I can't believe it's coming to an end. Let's just say it's an "melancholy" feeling ;)

so much to tie up so little time :)

I'm a 30 Yr. Old man , have listened to well over 200+ audio books, and I love all of these 20+ books and I wish it never had to end. I first listened to this series 2 yrs ago and feel in love with the adventure and story... I think since I listened and didn't read these books I found myself not focusing on the fact that its written for middle school students but instead just hearing the great journeys unraveled in its pages... and now we come to an end of these and its sad but with the disney + and the netflix shows and the few open stories I spied in the last half if the book I am hopeful for the future or percy and his world. also I hope that the other authors under the Uncle Rick umbrella get their works turned into audio so I can listen to them ;)

Marvelous

Narrator as amazing as always. This requires no further explanation. Everything came to an end nicely in the end, and I just miss Bob...

Love it!! But am very sad it ended😭

I love Robbie Daymond's narration, it's great as always. I love how this ended but I'm sad it's the last Camp Half-Blood chronicles. My main issue was that I (personally) felt didn't feel like there were very high stakes till the last 10 chapters, unlike The Burning Maze (the best) and The Tyrant's Tomb. However, I still love it as this was the ending of the chronicles and that we revisited (almost) everyone. I also loved Apollo's character development in this book. He is so different compared to The Hidden Oracle. There are many other characters and things I love but I like to keep this short so those were my main thoughts. (and no spoilers so I'm not saying anything more)
