I have read all Maz’s amazing books and this was no exception. It was quirky, imaginative and funny I would highly recommend this book to people of any age. I can’t wait for her next book. I also really like than she read it herself because the voices and accents completely matched the characters

Vespa wants nothing more than to be a Star player on the football pitch and be selected by the scout. However, she's not good at being a team player.

Her Aunt and her cousin come to stay at the farm and things start to go wrong from there. After disappearing into the ground beneath Stone Henge, releasing dangerous prisoners, her and her cousin have to save The World from certain death at the hands of a mad God of Death.

Follow them on their journey , battle with skeletons, bats, fight off the cold and try not to burn in the pit of fire.

This non-stop action packed adventure follows the cousins on their journey from hating each other, to sacrifice and team work.

Great story for kids and adults alike, especially those fighting off their own inner darkness. 😀

it is a classic having two people hating each other and then them teaming up. The Mayan theme is fantastic.
