Summary

I've been on a wonderful and enlightening trip since I began researching this book in 2003 and published its first edition, Managing with Conscience for Competitive Advantage, in 2004. It was praised by reviewers for its importance, need, relevance, and style - prompting me to revisit and refine its premise.

During my research I was fortunate to discover managers in a variety of businesses who actually understand and practice the awesome power of dignifying and respecting the people who depend on the businesses for their livelihoods and on whom the businesses depend for their existence - the perfect win-win. The managers profiled in this audiobook are convinced that dignity is the root cause of their firms' profitability and sustainability. I think you'll enjoy getting to know them and profit from their insights.

This book is about new possibilities for individuals and firms.
