A short but inspiring listen.

I've been a fan Thomas Moore for a number of years. His books and talks are always inspiring and in this book of quotes and contemplations he draws from the wisdom of the ages with regard to relaxing and letting go into life. Wu Wei and the importance of spaciousness and quiet amid the burly burly of modern life.
