issues with the narration

The content of this audiobook is remarkably useful and inspirational. However, I find the narrator (author) difficult to listen to as sometimes he doesn't pronounce clearly the words. Perhaps it's because English is not my primary language, but I struggle sometimes following the narration as my mind begins to lose focus. It would have been better with a dedicated actor reading the book instead of the author.

This is made all the more personal by being narrated by the author. A clear, easy to follow instruction on how to free yourself from the distractions and suffering of life.

exciting

A fascinating theory of being human set out in a clear and understandable way. He draws on the major religions and spiritual theories together with hints of psychotherapy ( Fraud in particular) and bits of science.
He uses some analogies to illustrate the theory but I would have liked more. I would also have liked more structure and instruction around how to practice the theory. This is dealt with right at the end and is a brief description of letting go and relaxing but I couldn't discern the difference between relaxing and ignoring, which could be suppressing which is what the whole book is telling you not to do
Singers speech sounds a little slurred in places but the words can be understood by the context of the sentence.
I am inspired and intend to follow his guidance and see what it brings.

Disappointed by narration

As others mentioned this another fantastic book by M Singer.
But books usually should be narrated by a professional. It detracts from the substance of this book which is a great pity.

Great perspective

I enjoyed this book and It really gave a good perspective of The Untethered Soul. I learnt techniques and tips on how I can live and let go daily, it is a reference I'll be revisiting over again.

Good but mostly repeat

If you are new to Micheal Singer you can pretty much skip the previous books and just buy this one. If like me you’ve read all the prior books you’ll hear/read the same stories repeated with only a handful of “practices” thrown in at the end. The message/teaching is still valuable but not new.

Michael Singer’s books have changed my life forever

Michael Singer’s books, The Untethered Soul and Living Untethered, are my deepest spiritual experiences. He writes clearly and simply, which make it easier to understand his deep concepts. I was locked into his very first sentence and every single sentence thereafter until the end of the book. I am in awe of what he knows.

Clear and compelling wisdom

Singer’s experience with humans shines through in his compassionate and compelling advice on letting go to end our own suffering. If 2 percent of the population would follow these simple steps to live in a state of acceptance and grace the world would surely begin to shift. This smart book is filled with light and love.

Condensed content

This book is a condensed version of Michael Singer’s online course, and audiobook, “Living Life Surrendered” or something like that. I found that much more engaging as he is just free speaking rather than reading words in a book. I also found that course more impactful. If you liked this, check that online course out. If you took the course, this acts as a gentle refresher, but all things you’ve heard before.

Let it go, let it flow

I enjoyed and learned from his summary and explanation of “mindfulness” which included practices. I now use traffic as a time to take deeper breaths. Today, I put my vision board away and set my intent to just be in the flow of life. I wish everyone enthusiasm, peace, love and joy as they practice letting go.
