Six months ago, Harry Bosch left the LAPD before they could fire him, and then hired maverick Defense Attorney Mickey Haller to sue the department for forcing him out. Really enjoyed this Connelly book. Bosch and Haller working together draws out their differences and adds just one more level of conflict. Great performance by Titus Welliver caps a very good plot.

I did. He is the right narrator for the Connelly's books. He follows the text and emotional context. Perfect union.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It was indeed! Both characters are engaging, the plot is great and Mickey does his magic.

Any additional comments?

I have listened to all of the Lincoln Lawyer books. I have my favorite parts and dialogues. I listen to them again when I am bored or tired. I like his characters. They are vivid and alive, controversial and very humane.

The book unites two powers - mind and skill. Enjoy
