Good, but randomly preachy and self-righteous in parts

I enjoyed the practical advice in the book a lot. Some of it is fantastic. But random sections of this book feel really out of places. In particular, a fairly odd disjointed section about how HR is a holy Grail of of ethics needed within improv. It felt more like listening to an ideological convert. Another was through out the book in general, the author kept complaining about critical thinking strategies like "devils advocate" and just seemed to rant about how he didn't like people that criticized ideas. The book was well worth it and it's one I'll definitely be listening to again.
