Simple with a great content

If you’re looking for a book that will change your life, it’s not this one.
I believe no book or training or conference will do that, the change need to be from you.
This book will give the tools to be more relaxed and made you think in things that everyone knows but refuses to apply.
Everything have a choice, so choose to be positive and happy.

What was that?

This was the most random and poorly organised book I've read on here. The jokes weren't really funny and the message got lost in all the jokes and random quotes. I only learned 2 new things from it. 4.5hours to learn two things is bordering on wasted time.

a very positive experience

positive psychology delivered the best way, with a bit of humour and simple speaking. The narrator did the book credit.

very enjoyable listen, I will probably listen again.

Loved it

Loved the narrator, so engaging and made it feel like a story rather than a self help non-fiction, which made it an easy listen. Worth the purchase and useful points made about how to be in the best 2% of people
