Summary

Cast your mind back to that album that changed your life? The riffs, the hooks, and the lyrics that blew your mind? That movie that moved your whole world and assured you that life was going to be special? Transporting you to a place you'd never been before, the opening chapter of that book that changed your life forever?

The hairs on the back of your neck stood, adrenaline rushed through your entire body with the weight of the world gone from your young shoulders. Energized, inspired, alive, all in and ready to turn up to this wonderfully f--ked up thing we call life.

Close your eyes and remember that feeling right there in that moment?

Life Will See You Now is a rousing, uplifting anthem that will inspire you to put down your phone, rediscover what truly matters, and completely rethink what "making it" in life actually means. A personal development title with a difference - there's no step-by-step guide and no map to change your life - this book provides you with hilarious, real-life inspiration, motivation, and energy to figure it out for yourself and rediscover that wee piece of magic you had when you were just five years old.

Brilliant story narrated with passion

SUCH a great listen! I devoured it in one sitting and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Loads of tangible aha moments, and a no shit approach (oh, yeah, it's a bit sweary at times but that added to the passion and directness). The author's narration is fantastic too - really great to hear such a personal story direct from the writer. Raw, honest and thought-provoking! I have already recommended it to a friend and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a bit of a re-set and some help seeing the wood from the trees.

We are going on a bear hunt

A fantastic book that has ice lolly and bears and sand castles. Oh and also very open and honest about struggling with anxiety. Must read for all.

Balloons

I agree 100% living in the present and more playing is definitely the way forward!!! I support people living with dementia so my living in the present can be a different decade or a different country every day depending on who I’m with.... it’s an amazing job and I love it!!! I learn something new every day (I’m 59 by the way😆) Ellis has it right too!!!! We all need more balloons in our lives !!!!! I challenge you to take a load of balloons into a hospital ward full of people living with dementia and see what happens 😁😁😁. Thanks for a great listen. I’m going to buy it too so I can dip in now and again. Cheers Claire xx

Absolutely Awesome!

Gavin speaks straight from the heart with his experience and guidance. Its a very real and raw account of what anxiety and possibly depression looks and feels like but with a kick up the a$s set of solutions. I laughed a lot and cried....awesome book!
