Paul McKenna's commentary on motivation, resilience and confidence was intriguing and introduced me to a lot of new ways of looking at and dealing with my issues. I have done only several of the exercises and visualisations so far but found them helpful. I'm looking forward to working through all of them.
Finally, I really enjoyed the author's narration, and that's saying something! I am very particular about the audiobook narrators I choose to listen to, but Mr McKenna's delivery was effortless and most enjoyable.
