Where does The Act of Attraction in Business rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

The fact that I can now get my hands on The Act of Attraction as an audio book makes it much easier for me as I skittle around the country. I love the fact that it's actually Tamsen narrating, which for me makes it even more authentic. I've got the hard copy too, but you can never have too many copies, in whatever format!

What other book might you compare The Act of Attraction in Business to, and why?

I've read tons of books about business, confidence, personal development etc etc etc BUT this one captures it all - in spades and more importantly, IT WORKS. You very simply just need to put your faith in the process, do as you're told, and get to it. The content made me really focus, not just on my business, but me too, and the changes are already noticeable. The future is looking very bright indeed.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

I really enjoyed the Attract element of the book, which deals with vision, mindset and self-leadership. Everything I thought I already knew, but very quickly realised, not quite!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The 'Your Plan' element - with so much to do as a solo business owner, you have the possibility of being all over the place. Not so now I've heard this part of the book.

Any additional comments?

I've read the book, I've listened to the book, and have now implemented, with Tamsen's guidance, the steps. Guess what? It works. If you have shelves full of business books, put them all to one side and read this one. I guarantee that there will be something in it that you can put into practice in your business, today, and the changes you make will be evident tomorrow.

Great. Loved that Tamsen was the narrator, it felt like a 1-2-1 intense coaching session that I could revisit as often as necessary to really understand, act upon and gain traction. This works across all areas of your life, notbjust business.

I've read and not read (ie just left them in the shelf) dozens of business books, but this one is different right from the start. When the book was originally published I worked through the steps and guess what - it works. I'm growing and developing a business I want, working towards an attractive and compelling future and know a ton of stuff about myself that, despite having done lots of work on myself, I didn't already know.

I bought the audio book because I wanted a refresher in a different format and I wasn't disappointed. It's always good to hear this stuff again.

This book created a real turning point in my business. Since implementing the advice, I have built a professional practice which provides both the income and the credibility I wanted – in just three months! Most importantly, it has given me the tools to apply time and time again to achieve my future business goals. I recommend this book to anyone who has the desire to build their business regardless of where it is now.

The language and style of delivery make it an enjoyable listen and guides you through the book with a steady pace and a feeling of real experience, skill and knowledge being passed on

Would you consider the audio edition of The Act of Attraction in Business to be better than the print version?

I loved the written version because it really changed my life, but being able to listen to this whereever I want at a time that suits me was fab. I love being able to listen in and remind myself of the key principles and it's easy to navigate to the chapters you need most right now to keep you moving

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Act of Attraction in Business?

My favourite is understanding why a vision isn't JUST a vision it must be attractive and an attractive vision IS the thing which brings you what you want (when aligned with practical action - BUT the vision comes first otherwise the action is meaningless, pointless and wasted (<<< my words ). But so many people in business are taking mindless action and it isn't based on leading anywhere specific !

Have you listened to any of Tamsen Garrie’s other performances? How does this one compare?

I have been lucky enough to hear Tamsen speak at several events , loved her passion live and you can see how it comes through in this book too. It's like having her in your pocket (which is always a blessing in itself!)

haha - Great question ... The Law Of Attraction without the fluff in simple practical ACTIONABLE steps which are fundamental to your business ! There I think that kind of says it don't you ! :D

This really is a must for any business owner (or wanna be business owner) it helps you get clear about what kind of business you really want, not just think you can/should have, and then make a step by step plan of how to get there. It focuses on having a clear vision of where you want to get to and then taking the necessary action to get there, not another fluffy "dream it and it will be" book but a practical take action & you will get there book.
