Helpful

I've read and listened to a lot of self-help books on happiness/relief of depression and I was surprised by this one; it's short but focused. Ideal for busy people who want to get quickly to the advise instead of listening to a lot of filling. The style of narration is not my favourite, but I got used to it quite quickly. Recommended download.

This has been the most logical and easy to list...

This has been the most logical and easy to listen to "Self-Help" book I have ever read. What I like most about this book is that it gives you the tools to actually implement the habits and theory into practice. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

worth a read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.

enjoyed listening to this book

Let me tell you the best part about this book. I have listened to a lot of Personal Development books, and with all of them, it seems the author was a "coach" or "success" first, and then thought..."Hey, I'm going to write a book about my success principles." With this book, Ingrid Lindberg is an author first, coach second. Her writing style is far superior than other books I have read. I kind of want to be her friend.
