I got tons of great ideas for increasing productivity from this audiobook. My favorites are 1. saying no! 2. stop multitasking 3. focusing on the most important things in the morning and 4. stop being a perfectionist because it ain't happening! Lol. This book is laid out in an easy to read/listen to format and I was able to jump to any chapter that tickled my fancy at any time. It was pretty interesting to listen to the sleep chapter. Well researched, written and narrated.

I have a lot of time on my hands nowadays, but I also have a lot to do, and I find deciding what to do first a real headache. I needed someone to give me the focus of how to attack a to-do list with twenty things on it, and this audiobook is great for that. It's very holistic, in that it starts with sleep, without which it's very difficult to think properly. There are also chapters on to-do lists, tracking your work, as well as lots of tips (unplug, don't multitask etc). Thoroughly recommend.
