Excellent listen, I thoroughly enjoyed learning all that this book has to offer , the realization that motivation is not the key to progress but building momentum and self discipline is how you will make progress and get ultimately success. I loved it

It's a very good book to get you better habit.

It's a very good book to get you slowly into better habits and brings up relatable situations. This book was very helpful in helping me learn the importance of being gentle with myself. Easy to read, but there are good ideas for building self discipline.

This book was extremely useful without squandering any of your time. Order inside yourself is critical and this is an extraordinary book to enable you to begin. Short and simple to peruse, however there are smart thoughts for building self-restraint.

This book is incredible. It is a simple tune in and the activities are just making records. The individuals who are stating this book is futile and is just about positive reasoning are thoroughly wrong and not working out the activities. An excellent executive review of the mental aspects of self-discipline. Do not expect an in depth exploratory analysis on the current literature regarding self-discipline. This work is a tool to focus, or refocus, on the mental aspects of self-discipline. Well done.

I listen a part every morning.

I listen a part every morning. I locate that best. That way you bite and summary one idea and have sufficient energy and space for it to absorb instead of attempting to wolf everything down without a moment's delay and overpower yourself. Have officially enhanced definitely from learning connected.

Great approach!

This book answered almost all my questions about attaining self-discipline by offering a very pragmatic approach. The author pops the conventional cliche about how motivation alone cannot sustain you for very long. It was also very interesting to see how different ideologies are tied to self-discipline. Overall, a very informative book with a purely rational approach.

Really enjoyed all approach to self-discipline. In order to make the changes you want and reach your goals you need self-discipline and you can never have enough tools as we can always improve. We each face the hurdles that come with positive change so I enjoyed learning more techniques to overcome them to reap the rewards of productivity and focus!

Absolutely fabulous.

Excellent book!

Excellent book! I have bought it for me and my friends. Easy to listen, good examples, helps you understand better that everything has a price to be paid and that you must be disciplined in order to reach your goals. Good questions and exercises after each chapter. It does not only tell you the what but also the how. One good book I really recommend.

Extraordinary books!

Extraordinary books with various extremely down to earth takeaways. One thing I have done because of perusing this book is to work out my 10 yearly objectives ordinary. This has truly helped me remain concentrated on what is essential and steps I am going to take every day to achieve those objectives.
