I’ve found this is a great way to wind down the day with my daughter. The mindfulness really works! It’s a nice way to teach your child how to calm themselves (without a parent telling them what to do). It’s not every day you find a book that is interesting to kids and soothes them into slumber. I just wish I had this for my first born too. Highly recommend!
