Vast knowledge!
The thing that stood out to me the most is more clarification on which entity type may work best even though its not required in the beginning and several ways to find deals! I also purchased their other book called finding and funding deals which i'm sure should elaborate on those ways! Feeling more confident about 2020 being the year for progress!

Excellent ideas contained!
This was a back to basics real estate book. Despite having listened several other books more focused on specific areas, this book “dumbs it down”. If I could go back in time this would be one of the first books I listened. That said. Who can honestly say they shouldn’t review the fundamentals, the basics, and or explore other avenues of investing.

Great book
This is not a boring audiobook, yet it covers all aspects of REI. From the different ways you can invest, to personal financial strategies, how to get funding for your niche, to real life examples from people of all walks of life; this book covers it all. It really helps you see the power of REI and helps you determine your path. Great book.

Loved this book!
Loved this book! My husband is an optimist and thinks we can do just about anything, while I’m a realist who wants to know exactly how that can be done. This book helped both of us on exactly how we could get into real estate the smart way. We have since bought a triplex for a rental property after listening this book and are now onto a single family home with extensive remodeling. It goes into enough detail in so many aspects that we feel much more prepared.
